Terms of service

The following terms of service outlines the policies and procedures of Doggy Doo Disposal Crew LLC (“us”,”our”, or”we”). As a new client you will be required to agree to these terms to start our services (in our onboard form) just to make sure we are all understanding of what is expected. By confirming you read and agree, you give Doggy Doo Disposal Crew LLC and its employees permission to enter your property to perform said duties and agree to all stipulations herein.

  1. How it works. *Once an agreement is filled out, we will set up an initial cleaning. A technician will come out and walk the yard in a grid like pattern. The poop will be scooped and placed in our vehicle to be hauled away. We will make sure your gate is secured and send you a picture by text to show a secured gate and to let you know we are done. We will then disinfect our tools and shoes and head to our next scoop.
  2. Your Responsibilities. *You must provide us access to your yard by making sure the gate is unlocked (or provide us with any information such as combinations or keys to the lock) and not blocked or frozen in any way. Our technicians will not climb fences or access in any unsafe way. We will attempt to contact you but if we are unable to access the yard you will be charged for the visit. *Your pet(s) must be kept indoors and away from the service area. We will text you before arriving so that you can make plans for it. If the technician encounters a dog in the service area we will attempt to contact you to bring the dog inside. If this is not done we will skip the scooping for that visit but you will still be charged for that visit *You are responsible for maintaining the yard by keeping grass at a reasonable length, removing leaves and debris, and ensuring clear access for the technician. We are only able to remove visible waste and will not search through overgrown areas or piles of leaves. *We do not move lawn objects to scoop but will scoop around them. *You must notify us with any changes to the number of dogs using the yard services before the next scheduled services.
  3. Weather Conditions. *We operate 12 months of the year and will show up when weather conditions are safe, regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions, but we do reserve the right to cancel services or change the date of service for that week if conditions become unsafe (severe thunderstorms, extreme temperatures, heavy snow, flooding, unsafe road conditions, etc). If we are able to change the date of service to another day that week we will. If we are unable to reschedule you will not be charged for that week and we will do double duty on our following visit. If waste is frozen to the ground and will not come up after several attempts, we will leave it and scoop it when it is thawed.

  4. Holidays *We observe the following holidays and may not provide service on the following: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. We also reserve the right to take up to 4 vacation days per year which are not holidays. If your regularly scheduled days fall on the holidays or a vacation day, we will do our best to reschedule on another day that week. If it is not possible, we will do double duty on the following week, and you will not be charged for the week that was missed. We will also notify you in advance of any scheduling change.

  5. Client Holidays/Vacations. *We know that you and your dogs like to go on vacations. If you do not need a scooping on a week that you are scheduled, contact us by email or text at least three days prior so that we can change our routing, and we will skip your service so that you will not be charged.

  6. Billing. *You will be billed only after we service your yard, and we do not require a prepayment or contract. Once you choose our service, we will send an invoice for the initial service to you. With that invoice you can place a card on file with our secure payment processing service (required if you will be continuing in our weekly or bi-weekly services). Your card will be processed within five days of your completed service. Any payment that fails to process will result in a suspension of services until the account is up to date.

  7. Customer Satisfaction *We do everything we can to ensure your yard is poop free after we service it. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact Doggy Doo Disposal Crew within 24 hours after our scheduled service and we will work with you to set it straight.
